But because of the cost of freight and processing orders, we do not accept returns; all sales are final. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If there is an issue with a damaged unit, please see our Shipping Policy located at the bottom of our home page for course of action. We recommend reading this policy before receiving the unit.
If item that was listed is not the same item that was received please notify us as soon as unit is received. Order cancellation due to customer purchasing wrong item(s) is subject to a 4% nonrefundable due charge, otherwise the purchased unit is shipped and owned by purchaser (no returns). If any unit is returned to us without permission, a nonrefundable restocking fee will be charged as well as any shipping charges that incurred.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund is usually done same day of decision or next business day.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
